At Bro-Ritos, we believe great food brings people together. Our story began in 2016 when cousins Marcus Crawford and Jarid Thomas, along with long time family friend Jonathan Gibbs, saw an opportunity to bring something new to the food truck scene in New Jersey. They were driven by the idea of offering fun, flavorful burritos on the go, and they quickly made a name for themselves as pioneers in the industry. What started as a food truck has since evolved into a dynamic culinary operation, now with multiple locations, including the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, and a new brick-and-mortar spot in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our menu is built around bold flavors and fresh ingredients, offering everything from burritos and tacos to quesadillas, with signature items like our Suavemente Bro – a delicious combination of rice, beans, ground beef, fried sweet plantains, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce. We’re committed to creating a unique experience with each bite.
